Minimum attendance (i.e., 80%) in accordance with the university regulation is required in each subject in order to be eligible for the end-semester examination. Forty percent of total marks is allocated for the internal examination which consists of three assignments, classroom interaction, and attendance. Students are required to obtain a minimum of 50% marks to get through the internal examination.

The Faculty of Education, Office of the Dean, Tribhuvan University will conduct the examination at the end of the semester. Each student must appear in and pass all those examinations in order to qualify for an M.Ed. degree. The evaluation procedures for the practical courses will be specified by the department.
